It can also be appropriate when you need a structured setting to focus fully on treatment without the distractions and pressures of everyday life.

Had a very fantastic time here at Quest, every staff member was kind and considerate including but not limited to Donny (head of staff), Lynn, Aureli, Angela, Keisha, Geo, Arthur, all the nurses and therapists (Kelly) who took the time to share her inspiring experiences with me, Coach J who taught me that real bread only has 3 ingredients, and the chef Tasha who cooked absolutely amazing and healthy meals and also took the time to give us meal plans for when we departed. She even let us barbecue, under supervision ofc. We also recorded music weekly with Danny which was always fun, he’s very talented. There was also a lady who came in a played some sort of therapeutic bowl that put me into a deep sleep almost everytime she stopped by. When I got the call from the recruiter (Dustin) I immediately wanted to believe that I could take a trip to Cali to a mental health retreat but my family, understandably so, had reservations. You know what they say about things being too good to be true. I was set to leave that Sunday from nyc to Cali, and it was Friday. Dustin helped assuage our concerns but my family still had some doubts about the billing, insurance, lodging and programs. I end up speaking with Marina (co-founder of the program) and Armen the other co-founder who wrote me a letter to guarantee that if my insurance decided that they wouldn’t cover the treatment after I arrived, that I would not be personally liable. And true to their word, my insurance covered the entire payment (a very large amount- I stayed 35 days). The other clients I got along with well and still speak with my roommate and others to this day. (One roommate btw, so not so bad), tv bathroom in the room(not all the rooms had this setup). Spacious McMansion, basketball half court in the backyard along with a minigolf (which I didn’t use but looked cool definitely). Hot tub and pool that lit up. Gym which I also used a bunch. Oh I forgot to mention there are different houses with different setups so the house you experience might not be the same as the one I’m describing. The other one I visited was nice as well. We went on plenty outings weekdays more local like desserts, fast foods like in n out and the smoke shop. Weekends we went to the beach sometimes, the movies, an observatory in the hills overlooking the valley etc… Best of all I haven’t even mentioned my mental health which indeed did make a big recovery and trust me, I had a lot of problems. I’m not saying I’m totally cured, but I’m definitely better. Thank you Quest Health, you run a fantastic program that’s actually helping people.Posted on Google Henry RApril 23, 2026Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Beautiful house is absolutely immaculate and they have a great pool in the back! Quest Behavioral Health truly stands out as a truly amazing mental health program. From the moment you walk in, there’s a sense of calm, structure, and professionalism that immediately builds trust. What impressed me most is their trauma informed clinical approach. This isn’t a surface-level program they take the time to understand the root causes behind depression, anxiety, and mood disorders, and build individualized treatment plans that actually address those underlying issues. The use of evidence-based therapies like EMDR, combined with consistent individual and group sessions, creates a well-rounded and effective clinical experience. The staff is exceptional knowledgeable, present, and genuinely invested in each client’s progress. You can tell there’s a strong culture of care and accountability, which makes a huge difference in outcomes. Clients aren’t just monitored here they’re actively engaged and supported every step of the way. The environment is clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed to feel safe without being clinical or institutional. It’s a setting where people can truly focus on healing. If you or a loved one is looking for a program that combines clinical depth, personalized care and a strong path towards long term stability. Quest Behavioral Health is an excellent choice. As a parent, trusting someone with your child’s care isn’t easy, but Quest Behavioral Health truly made a difference for our daughter. We’re incredibly thankful to the entire staff for the care, compassion, and support they showed her every step of the way. They created a safe, structured environment and kept us involved throughout. We’ve seen a real change in her. She’s happier, more emotionally stable, and more like herself again. It finally feels like she’s herself again. We’re truly grateful to the entire team for everything they’ve done. We would highly recommend them.Posted on Google Julie HApril 7, 2026Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.
